Reminder to Owners and Residents:
If you plan to have an event (community or private) at the beach or playground with 25 people or more, please email the Board (HLCTrustInc@gmail.com) for approval at least 30 days prior to the event. Please do not reserve all the tables for your event. You should leave at least 1/2 the tables open for other residents and guests. If you need additional parking, please use the open area by the playground or outside the gate by the mailboxes. Do not park on private property.
If you would like to include details of your event on the Holiday Club website, please email the Board at HLCTrustInc@gmail.com.
HOLIDAY CLUB TRUST BOARD
Monthly Board Meetings are always OPEN to Holiday Club Owners
JOIN US for the monthly Board meetings if you have an issue or concern that needs to be addressed by your Board. Meetings are typically held every THIRD WEDNESDAY at 7:00PM.
Please check the Home Page or the Community Bulletin Board located near the front gate for notice of location, date and time. Look forward to seeing you there!
