HOLIDAY CLUB

    We are a private, gated, residential community in South West Pasco County, just 25 miles north of the Tampa City Center and only minutes from the Veteran's Expressway.

   Located in a native live Oak forest, our Private shaded streets have a 10 MPH speed limit as they meander through growths of old Oak century trees. Our multi-acre park located on beautiful Lake Parker offers residents and their guests shady grassed areas under rustling cypress trees for picnics.  The park features a Volleyball Court, fishing Dock, Boat Ramp, swimming area and Horseshoe Pits. We also have an fully equipped and fenced Children's Playground and park for our younger residents to enjoy in safety.

  HOLIDAY CLUB is a Neighborhood Watch Community and has an active safety and reporting network to keep our community a safe place to live and play.
